TRAINING
ONLINE Classes:
Online Training Classes including restorative stretching, Body Balance Classes, HIIT, and other classes available.
ONLINE Small Group Training:
Choose between 30 to 50-minute training sessions. Each person must do a separate online consultation before group can start together. The program will be based around a combination of skillsets and some exercises may vary per group member. Save money and have fun with others.
