RECIPE: Avocado Lime Sauce
This sauce is great as it can be used with fish, tacos, chili to add a Mexican flair to it. It also can become a great salad dressing if you add a light coconut milk to it. .

Avocado Lime Sauce
Ingredients 2 avocados, peeled and cube ½ onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled
½ lime, juiced
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until combined.
Store in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Add light coconut milk to it if you want a dressing.
You can also add a bit of chili powder or cumin for a bit different taste.
