Choose from a 50-minute or 30-minute Private Personal Training Session that includes strength, cardio and flexibility.  You will also  get access to an online area that the trainer will put exercises, education or a cardio program, depending on your needs.  A program is created based on your goals, needs and level of fitness.  New Customers are required to attend a consult first
