These classes are based on RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). We do not use heart rate training in this class Only the cadence software is used. Instructors will tell you how you should “feel” so you can adjust the resistance accordingly. Tired today? No one will know what resistance you are using or how hard you are working out. You can still wear your heart rate monitor if you like and have the data emailed to you afterwards.
