IS THIS CLASS TO HARD FOR ME?
THE ANSWER IS:
These classes are based on RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). You can use heart rate training in this class as we will send you links to your data afterwards for Power, FTP, speed and heart rate. This data can be downloaded into Strava, etc. The video will tell you how you should “feel” so you can adjust the resistance accordingly. Tired today? No one will know what resistance you are using or how hard you are working out. You can still wear your heart rate monitor if you like and have the data emailed to you afterwards.
Sufferfest is a group of classes that are structured high-intensity interval workouts, designed by coaches of the stars like Neal Henderson of Apex Coaching and Stephen Gallagher of Dig Deep. Whether you want to improve climbing, sprinting, speed or power in your sport, we have the session for you. Suitable for those that have done spinning a few times to professional athletes. However, iff you are a complete beginner and never been to a spinning class before you will not be allowed into class as these classes are virtual and do not have a live instructor.
